Our Story

Scott McGinlay grew up around food and local business, learning early on that quality, consistency, and looking after people always come first. From the early days working in family butchery and deli counters in Paisley, the goal was never just to sell food — it was to build something the local community could be proud of.

Paisley Pie Co came from that same mindset — taking a traditional favourite and doing it better. Using quality ingredients, proper recipes, and a bit of creativity, the pies quickly gained a following. From classic Scotch pies to viral creations like the Lasagne Pie and Paisley Bake, the brand grew rapidly through social media and customer support.
